Try it out after a tough day or week, a massage, a workout or just before bedtime. The magnesium content in Epsom salts help to relieve tension in muscles and joints. We've added Dead Sea salts for its known ability to improve blood circulation and soothe irritated and sensitive skin. Himalayan Salts are known to reduce signs of aging and improve sleep quality.

Fill your tub to the desired level and temperature, drop a Maly Nature's Bath Salt Steamer in the tub and watch it fizz and release the salty goodness. Get in, and enjoy your soak. You may find that it does not all dissolve immediately, simply crumble the remainder under the water and allow the salts to dissolve.
Alternatively, you may hold the Bath Salt Steamer under the running water as the tub fills or place it in a muslin bag tied to the faucet allowing the water to run over it.
It is recommended that you consult a physician prior to using this product if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant. This is due to the magnesium content in the Epsom salts which is known to lower blood pressure.
